Cyber Security Solutions

Cybersecurity solutions that detect, prevent, and respond to threats against your data, systems, and networks — built around a multi-layered approach.

Virtual CISO (vCISO) Services

Virtual CISO-led Compliance-as-a-Service — we simplify regulatory hurdles like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and CMMC so you can focus on growth, not paperwork.

Cloud IT Services

Securely store and access your critical data from anywhere, with email server management and cybersecurity built in — cloud computing that lowers cost and maintenance instead of adding to it.

IT Strategy & Virtual CIO Services

IT Strategy & Virtual CIO Services put a senior technology perspective at the table — planning, budget guidance, and risk management — without the cost of a full-time executive hire.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does TTS Cyber do?

TTS Cyber is an IT and cybersecurity company in Columbus, Ohio. We provide Managed IT Services, Cyber Security Solutions, Virtual CISO (vCISO) Services, Cloud IT Services, Network Operations Center (NOC) Services, and IT Strategy & Virtual CIO Services to businesses and organizations.

Where is TTS Cyber located and what areas do you serve?

TTS Cyber is at 1733 W Lane Ave, Columbus, Ohio 43221. We serve businesses across Central Ohio, including Columbus, Grandview Heights, Upper Arlington, Worthington, Hilliard, Dublin, Westerville, New Albany, Springfield, Delaware, Grove City, Lancaster, Gahanna, Marysville, Newark, Reynoldsburg, Marion, Pickerington, Chillicothe, Whitehall, Pataskala, and Mount Vernon. We also provide remote coverage around Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Dayton. Remote support is available nationwide, and onsite support can be arranged in any of the 50 states.

What are your hours?

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern. Call (614) 591-8670 or use the contact form.

Which compliance frameworks does TTS Cyber support?

TTS Cyber supports SOC 2, ISO 27001, and CMMC through its compliance service, from an initial gap analysis through evidence tracking and ongoing renewals.

Why would I pay for a security assessment when other companies offer one for free?

The difference is who the assessment is for. A free assessment is generally part of a sales process, scoped by the provider who would also sell you the remedy, and it ends in a proposal — which is why a quote that arrives before anyone has looked at your environment is a recognized red flag rather than a sign of efficiency. TTS Cyber’s Security Analysis costs $349, is independent of any purchase, and maps what it finds to 38 compliance frameworks, so what you get back is a picture of where you stand. It is a diagnostic rather than a regulatory exercise: a HIPAA Security Rule risk analysis, for example, is a separate piece of work. It is at outreach.ttscyber.com/analysis.

How much do managed IT services cost?

Pricing is set by scope. TTS Cyber builds a managed services agreement from three pillars — Managed IT, Managed Security, and Managed NOC — and what you scope in is what determines the price, so a business taking all three is priced differently from one taking Managed IT alone. There is no per-user list price, because the figure depends on which pillars you need and the size of the environment they cover. The one fixed published price is the Security Analysis at $349, which is independent of any purchase and maps its findings to 38 compliance frameworks.

How quickly does TTS Cyber respond?

TTS Cyber publishes first-response targets for customers under a signed service agreement: one hour for P1, where the whole company is down or disrupted; two hours for P2, where three or more people cannot work, or are severely degraded; and four hours for P3, where a single person is affected. P1 response runs around the clock; P2 and P3 run during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern. These are targets for the time until someone is working your ticket, not for the time until the problem is fixed, which depends on the fault.

Do you support after-hours issues?

Yes, for customers under a signed service agreement. A P1 incident — the whole company down or disrupted — carries a one-hour first-response target around the clock, including outside business hours. P2 and P3 issues are handled during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern. After-hours coverage comes with a service agreement rather than being available ad hoc.

Who runs TTS Cyber?

TTS Cyber was founded by Logan Edmonds, who is Founder and CEO. The other named leaders are Patrick Hoerter, Customer Success Manager; Brian Thompson, Service Desk Manager; and Joe Masri, Professional Services Manager. The company was founded in 2018 and works from an office at 1733 W Lane Ave, Columbus, Ohio.

Security Analysis

Most businesses do not discover a gap until something goes wrong. This is a fixed-scope analysis of your environment, run independently, so you get an answer rather than an opinion.
